Process
Applied online through my school's career portal. They have three rounds:
- Phone
- Online technical
- Onsite
I made it to the online technical round. The phone round is pretty standard. Essentially, a current employee asks about your interest in Epic and you go over your resume. The technical portion asks a few programming questions and is pretty time-consuming (about 2-3 hours). It comprehensively tests your logic skills, ability to learn on the fly, and your development skills. After taking this test, I got rejected about a week and a half later.
