I applied for software developer at Epic in September of 2019.
After hearing back from HR, you're asked to complete a Rembrandt profile and schedule the technical assessment and a phone interview.
The technical assessment consists of you scheduling a time with Examity to take the assessment. While you're given as much time as needed, the assessment is difficult due to how many string manipulation questions you're asked, and you have no ability to look up the API as you must remain on that tab with the exam at all times.
As for the phone interview, it will usually last about 15-30 minutes, depending on the position. The person I ended up interviewing with was either not interested right off the bat or had barely even looked at my resume prior to the phone interview, as I was asked questions that could've been answered by my resume.
Describe a project you worked on and some of its challenges.
