Software Developer Interview Experience - Madison, Wisconsin
Process
I was told to prepare to discuss one development project I had worked on and had a one-on-one conversation with a developer about my project. I also had a case study with a different developer, where I could choose either to outline a back-end/logic or a front-end for a given scenario. A short interview with an HR rep followed, with simple questions such as, "Why do you want to work here?"
