Good Career Start
Software Developer • Current Employee
Madison, Wisconsin, United States
January 17, 2021
Pros: Compensation,
Decent W/L balance (~43 hrs),
Customer success over sales success,
Collaborative,
Very stable.
Cons: Heavy dev process. Tends to force the first workable solution over longer-term efficient solutions. Lowish PTO. Madison can get boring after a couple of years. Hires primarily out of college, so most folks have only ever worked there. "For culture."
