A Great Place to Work
Software Developer • Current Employee
Verona, Wisconsin, United States

Pros: I've worked at Epic for 4 years now. I love it. They have treated me well; they let me switch roles to a role I preferred. My favorite perk is the food :)
Cons: I'm not sure I'd like Epic as much if I was one of the traveling roles, because that would be hard on my family.
That said, as a developer, I love it.

Good first job
Software Developer • Current Employee
Verona, Wisconsin, United States
June 8, 2023
Pros: - Good direct manager
- Surrounded by knowledgeable and helpful people
- Chopsticks and other delicious food
- Good training for the job
- Raises exceed inflation
Cons: High bar for quality. You really have to develop a complete understanding of the fix you are making. Resolving issues on your development and designs can be stressful, but it ultimately leads to a better product.
Accounting never reimburses in a timely manner. Accounting also doesn't tell you when you have been reimbursed.
Upper management can feel out of touch at times.
