Process

Met at a campus career fair, and quickly emailed to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was a 30-minute conversation about personal projects and the company in general.

Scheduled an online skills assessment, which had:

  • 4 programming questions
  • A section where you learned a programming language.

(You can use pseudocode or any language you want in the programming questions).

After that, I was invited onsite, which was mostly checking to make sure it would be a good fit on both ends.

There was a short interview highlighting personal projects and problem-solving techniques, and an HR interview about why I wanted to be there, along with a lot of information on the campus and culture.

They were pretty quick to respond to everything; it just took a while because of all the steps.
