Applied online for a developer internship junior year. After reviewing my resume, I was called for a phone interview and a personality test. Next, an online technical test, approximately 3 hours long. My internet disconnected during the exam, and the proctoring software was finicky. It might have been my end, though.

Pros: - Worked with a team and had complete ownership of our project. - A great mentor who we always had access to. - Fantastic company culture: Do Good, Have Fun, Make Money. - Intern recruiters were fantastic and responsive, and organized many intern-specific events.

Cons: - Some projects are more interesting than others. - Medical implications slow code deployment (but for good reason).
