Process
Phone interview, technical interview, on-site interview. The technical interview is invasive, and you cannot compile your code or change browsers or tabs. Good luck.
The phone interview and on-site, though, were pleasant.

Good gig if you like the Midwest
Software Developer • Current Employee
Madison, Wisconsin, United States
September 5, 2024
Pros: Lots of opportunity to own projects and get invested in your work. Benefits and money are great, and they put in a lot of work to help you start a community here.
Cons: Policies like WFH, extreme weather, and sick days are minimal and slightly infantilizing. What company doesn't trust its employees to make good choices about these things? Time logging is also rather annoying.
