Process

3-hour "technical" assessment, which was essentially a waste of time, asking basic math and problem-solving with a small amount of coding.
Phone interview with a recruiter for ~30 minutes.
"Final round" video interview for 3.5 hours with another interviewee, where they showed off Epic software and asked us literally no technical questions whatsoever.
Wanted to do an onsite interview, and I declined.
