I joined as a non-CS, self-study individual thinking that Epic would help further my career. I was wrong.
It is more of an IT job where you spend all day learning Epic-specific processes.

Pros: Benefits were decent, the campus was cool, and the on-site food was amazing.
Cons: Cult-like work environment. Training is basically just pro-company propaganda. Tech stack is outdated and miserable.
