Pros: Good food. You can probably get your own office space. I guess campus is big/"fancy" (but like, really, who cares how much budget they sink into it? Walking around takes a lot of time.)

Cons: Very stringent against WfH, at least pre-COVID. The expectation is to work you like a mule though, regardless of the difficulty of assignments or the config issues/old stack you're grappling with. You really have to be very into what you're doing (and probably dedicating your life to it, as if) to last, as they'll systematically push you out around the 1-2 year mark. Basically, it's great for old-timers who've been there basically forever and know the codebase like the back of their hands. As for new folks: do your time, then get out and find somewhere you'd like (most of you).

Pros: Work from home has been great!

Cons: More salary, please. More salary, please.

Pros: Nice campus, but you have no time to enjoy it.

Cons: Terrible management. Many team leads don't even know what they are talking about! Horrible work and life balance. If you work on Saturday once, you will be asked to work on Sunday as well. Outdated technology. Your experience means nothing!!
