I truly worked with some of the hardest-working, friendliest people that I've ever met. We truly kept each other going and motivated to show up to work every day.
The amount of work that any single person is responsible for quickly becomes unmanageable.
If you're willing to grind and work hard, you will go far, but it's easy to lose control over work-life balance. The company is not oriented to help folks take care of themselves.
Allowing remote work would help retain employees.
