Epic Systems

There was a presentation that happened over two interviews: a system design round and a LeetCode round. Then there was an HR round that happened with a recruiter. We also discussed compensation and what would happen going forward.

Heavily test-based. Some calls gauge genuine interest in the industry and company. This at least applies to my experience; it may not be universally true for all roles across the org.

It started with a virtual interview with the project manager, then with a director in 1:1 meetings. This was followed by presenting a prepared presentation of a prior project completed or of a topic of interest, with a questions and answers section.
