Solid starting position, but expect long hours

- Good PM experience if you're on that kind of project. Given a lot of responsibility from the get-go.
Long hours are expected, making it hard to maintain work-life balance. There's a lot of burnout before the two-year mark. There isn't much vacation time. Knowing M is pretty much non-transferable.
