Do good. People are great. Food is great.
Culty at times. Getting more bureaucratic. Push people to not have a good work-life balance, which can be especially hard for the people they hire directly out of college to navigate.
Stop playing up heroic efforts people have had to do to get things done and make it so that not so many things require heroic efforts. Heroic efforts aren't sustainable.
