Good first job after college
Didn’t feel valued in role.
The whole process took about four weeks, and I talked with 4/5 different HR reps, so that was confusing. I applied for a different job and got an email from HR to do a half-hour phone screening. A few days later, I received an email to do the 3 hours
Yes, the process is long, but overall was the least stressful company I interviewed with. Here's the lowdown: Resume submitted. Heard back to schedule a phone screen and skills assessment within 2 days. 30 min phone screen, mine was with an HR ass
The interview process was pretty long but worth the time. The process will assess almost all of your skills in relation to the job. The people who run the interview process are all very nice and helpful.
