I applied for this position as a Recent Grad.

I got a mail from HR asking me to submit my transcripts so they could move forward with the recruiting process.

I did so and got a mail from HR telling me that a phone interview was scheduled.

The interview went well. I was asked about stuff I mentioned on my resume.

I was asked to schedule an online test. I am waiting to take the test.

Pros: I enjoy the technical challenges, awesome culture, and amazingly smart people who work here. Everyday is a fun challenge, and I learn something new from the most talented developers I have ever worked with. I previously spent 7 years in the defense industry for two different companies before spending nearly 4 years at Epic. The difference is night and day, and I really enjoyed my two previous jobs.

Cons: Explosive growth leads to growing pains in terms of process, but it's not a bad problem to have.
