Started with a 3-hour online exam and a 30-minute phone interview. The online exam was a bit strange, as they have someone watch you the entire time. After that, there is an on-site interview with 2 technical interviews and 1 behavioral interview.

I was surprised to hear back almost immediately from Epic, and they wanted a phone interview. The phone interview was barely an interview. The guy just asked me a few simple questions about a project of my choosing, and he talked about Epic for a wh
