Pays well, good benefits, engaging work.
The campus is beautiful, and Madison has great access to outdoors-y stuff nearby, along with a lot of good restaurants and shops along State Street.
The intern program felt a little disorganized, and is relatively new.
Overly complicated. Starts with an easy phone screening, talking about why you want to work there and about your resume/portfolio, etc. You then have to do a proctored exam that requires you to code in a plain text box with LeetCode-style questions.
I faced one phone interview, then flew to Madison, WI. They provided a nice hotel and dinner.
Phone screen with a recruiter that was mostly behavioral, but they asked about projects. Then I took an online assessment with 4 parts, and it took almost 3 hours to complete.
