The money was good, as were the people, and the food is second to none. You get a (shared) office, which is nice, and no dress code is convenient.
There is a horrible work-life balance for some of the positions, but some aren't so bad (like QA and Dev). IS and TS, in some cases, have it the roughest.
The kooky, eccentric atmosphere of the senior management is fun at first, but that wears off and gets old.
