I did the phone interview and thought it went really well, but I was rejected the next week. This must have been due to the four assessments taken prior. The assessments were very tedious and had some weird IQ test elements in them, such as riddles.

The phone interview was very casual and easy, but their OA is very ridiculous. It consists of a nonsensical behavioral health questionnaire and then solving four coding problems in a text box.
