The phone screening was standard, followed by an in-person technical interview. It was about an hour long and also standard: talk about yourself, whiteboard some problems, and ask any questions.
From the start, the interviewer was clearly enthusiastic about their job and Expedia. This is a huge plus for me when interviewing at places.
Questions
I signed an NDA, so I won't say specifically. But nothing was uncommon.
The interviewer was happy to jump in and work with you instead of letting you flounder.
