Process
I applied at a job fair on campus, and then I had a telephone interview that lasted about 30 minutes.
The telephone interview was scheduled from 11:00 to 11:25. The interviewer was very nice, and the call started on time.
On the same day, HR contacted me to plan an on-site interview in March.
Questions
Give a database to select some information using SQL, Java, PL/SQL.
Reverse a string.
Design cycle.
Override.

Pros: Good benefits, they had a good health plan and offered good benefits for paternity/maternity and paid parking. Lots of company-sponsored lunches and events.
Good communication from the executive team, with ample town halls and email communication.
Awesome holiday party and Halloween celebrations.
Cons: Upward mobility is difficult if you do not mix around with the right folks and get along with them.
There is a lot of secrecy in decision-making, even in simple things like the approach to a project. It seems like they want people to just agree and do what is told, without understanding anything.
Middle management is only concerned about keeping up their appearances with upper management and will sabotage any efforts by team members to shine.
Depending on the team, work-life balance can be impossible, but not all teams are like that.
