Process
I applied online via the website and received an email from HR to schedule a conversation within the next two days. The HR representative was very busy or short on time, and it took one week to schedule a telephonic interview with her. She mentioned that the hiring process needed to be quick. The telephonic interview was then scheduled.
Questions
Basic OOP concepts, discussion on types of testing done in previous projects, reverse string using stack and linked list.
What I did not like was when she asked me about a particular project I had worked on: why manual testing was done and not automation.

There are two Zip cars at the disposal for personal use. Good travel benefits on Hotels.com through the employee discount. There is an active travel talk alias that is contributed to by many people who are professional travelers as well as seasoned personal travelers.Cons: There are many layers of overhead to get things done that seem excessive for a smaller company.
