I know Expedia is a great brand in the US, but in India, I feel recruiters are making it worse. I applied through a job site and received a call directly from a recruiter. The role was for the Gurgaon, India location. I faced two telephonic technical interviews. After my second interview, I received an email from the recruiter stating that the next step would be a face-to-face interview and that he would inform me when to come.

It has been almost three weeks, and I haven't received any reply from him. So, I sent an email requesting an update. Still no reply. Finally, I called him, and he told me they had hired someone local. He doesn't have the etiquette to at least reply to emails.

Expedia is a great brand, and every candidate prepares a lot for the interviews. Please at least show respect for that preparation.

Questions mostly focused on data structures, such as binary search trees and linked lists.
