I was initially contacted by a recruiter who spoke with me to set up a time for a phone interview.
The phone screen was fairly short, about 30 minutes. The questions were general, starting with explaining previous and current job positions and the reason(s) for wanting to change positions. Technical questions entailed defining OO terms and designing class structures.

Pros: Good management, depending on the org though.
Decent amount of smart people to work with.
Good software development process.
Good work-life balance.
Cons: Non-competitive pay, especially for those fresh out of college.
Travel reimbursement benefits don't reflect that it's the largest online travel agency.
Large legacy system and some stakeholders' reluctance to move away from it just because it works.
Old technology stack.

Pros: Excellent use of technology in every team. They use and evaluate almost all current technology trends, including C# .Net to open-source micro-services. With incentives for training, one can get significant growth in different spaces within a short time.
Company values prototyping/POC work.
Good growth, but not at the cost of 16-hour days.
Benefits, especially the travel benefits, are really good.
Cons: - Not so easy to change groups; different groups act independently.
- Re-orgs/Manager changes.
