Skype interview with questions about experience and some technical questions, followed by a timed software challenge.
Disappointed in the company that after a 2-hour code challenge, they wouldn't have the courtesy to contact unsuccessful people. A lack of feedback is one thing, but not even contacting unsuccessful people after a 3-hour process plus application and research... It reflects poorly on the company and its values.
