Pros: Pays well when compared to software companies based out of NCR.
Work-life balance is good, if not great.
Cons: Very few people are technically sound.
Poor hiring practices led to the appointment of many folks from service-based companies at senior designations, who encouraged office politics and damned the work atmosphere.
One-time pay hikes at joining might be given to a few; however, year-end pay hikes are really below average.

Pros: When things are going well, the WLB here is great, but it really depends on the team. If you're close to a profit center, obviously you'll be safe, but the further you are from that, the more your job could be in jeopardy.
Cons: There is a certain group of people here who consistently end up as managers. Culturally, they have an attitude of being overdemanding and overworking their subordinates. If you find yourself on a team with a manager like this, either switch teams or start interviewing again.
