Two one-hour interviews with two members of the team.
After a long recruitment process and multiple preliminary stages, I was invited to the final stage interview. A few hours before the final interview, I was informed that they had already filled the position and that there was another "similar" position available. Even though I was not highly interested in the alternative position, I decided to take the interview regardless.
The second interviewer was not very friendly, did not focus much on the interview, and their mobile notifications were turned on, disturbing the process. They even used their phone during our interview, clearly not for note-taking in regard to my answers.
Would not recommend.
