Process

I applied online and received a standard confirmation email stating they had received my application. Then, I didn't hear anything back for almost a month.

They scheduled me for an unusual video interview where I recorded my answers via webcam. After that, I waited three weeks to be told they were moving forward with a different candidate.

If I'm not a fit for the company, that's fine. However, it took seven weeks to get an answer, and it felt like they were disorganized and dragged their feet.

Thankfully, I interviewed at other places while I was waiting and received another offer. I would advise against applying here unless you have a couple of months to invest in the process.
