There are a lot of smart and passionate people who care about doing a great job. There is a lot of independence given to individuals to do their work. Good travel benefits. It is in an industry, travel, that is very big and there is a big opportunity.
Upper management has started to become very focused on low-level details that they should stay out of.
Focus more on high-level objectives rather than getting into the details of the workers.
