Managers have become useless in all regards. Call up Deloitte and McKinsey to solve any problem or use them as a crutch to blame when their ideas fail. Engineers are treated as garbage and are thrown away at a moment's notice despite performance. Mid-level managers ignore the problems noted above. So many people sit around and do nothing, getting away with it.
Replace anybody who doesn't embrace technology. Learn to make decisions on your own instead of calling McKinsey to solve your issues.
