Pros

Compensation is pretty competitive. People here are very pleasant and, as far as I've seen, there isn't much in the way of crunch time (work-life balance is very good). There are great commute/travel benefits and work culture overall. Managers, at least those I've worked with, seem to genuinely care about their staff and are really chill while still being effective. Opportunities to learn are given, provided it is applicable to what your team is doing.

Cons

Office amenities are a tiny bit on the sparse side, with no free cafeteria food like Google has, nor pets allowed in the office like Amazon has.

Full hybrid work, so commuting is mandatory two days a week. Relocation assistance took a long time to reimburse; albeit they compensated the wait with more assistance.
