Process
I applied to the SDET 2 position at F5 Networks Hyderabad from the company's website. The whole interview process took about 5 weeks, and I had 5 rounds of interviews.
1st Round - Pure technical questions with more concentration on debugging techniques and the associate's problem-solving abilities. 2nd Round - Cultural round to assess the associate's cultural fit into the organization. 3rd Round - Interview with the Hiring Manager, mostly about the job description and high-level technical questions. 4th Round - HR round with some cultural fit questions again. 5th Round - Just a formal meeting with the Onshore Manager.
All rounds were conducted via Zoom, and the TA team as well as the panel were very friendly. I had a very good interview experience.
