Cons: - Legacy tech stacks - No learning and growth - No career progression - No merit-based promotion; you need to complete a certain number of years to get promoted, no matter how well you have performed over the year. - Frequently changing policies are no longer employee-centric (like shifting the quarterly bonus to annually). - Managers play games, but you won't notice. They are well-trained to manipulate employees diplomatically. - Frequent layoffs (includes high performers too). - Plenty of leaves, but people are not taking them. Management should motivate employees to take time off. - People showing off their work by being active on Teams and Git on weekends and during late nights (honestly, we don't have that much work). - Managers expecting (though not forcing) everyone to join late-night meetings (even if they are optional).

Pros: The company is good, but the mid-level leadership is pathetic and doesn't even care about the roles of the employees. They make org changes every six months, leaving the work displaced. Pros are: * Benefits are good * Salary is good

Cons: Mid-level leadership is very bad and has no vision about the company's deliverables, especially in the Technology Services business unit.
