Worst HR management. I cleared all rounds, and even HR asked me to send all my previous details like educational certificates, payslips, and address proofs, etc., for releasing the offer letter. After two months of follow-up, HR said they had put the position on hold and were unable to process it further. And after that, I received an email saying that I was no longer considered for the role I had interviewed for.

It was during the COVID-19 pandemic that F5's HR team was giving false hopes to candidates and draining their morale. I feel it is not at all acceptable. Finally, I felt like rather than working in an organization where there is worst HR management, it is better to sit at home.

To HRs: Don't give false hope to candidates; it is not at all ethical. I have decided to never ever apply for any of the roles at F5.
