My overall experience with F5 was good. The interviewers were friendly. They have great tech products. I applied through LinkedIn.
I attended two tech rounds. The first was with a US team member, and the second was with the India team.
Round 1:
- Basic problem-solving (string, list)
- Detailed discussion on Go channels and structs
Round 2:
- Go deadlock and mutex
- gRPC

TS Restructuring without any future plan

Pros: The company was really good two to three years back. Now they restructure every six months. Mainly, TS leaders (VPs and Sr. Directors) have no idea how to run a department and do random restructurings every now and then without any vision. Don't join Technology Services.
Cons: Mid-level leaders at TS are horrible, without any vision. They juggle team members as if they are picking up cards, placing people in teams randomly. They fired people on the eve of Diwali. They simply call themselves "human first," but they are becoming "human last."
