You get to work on their flagship product, Big-IP. And not just maintenance or support, but full-fledged development.
Salary is on par with other product-based companies.
You'll feel that you're actually contributing to something. F5's product, Big-IP, is used all over the world for load balancing and protection against hackers. F5 is also in the VPN business, which boomed because of the pandemic.
F5 is moving aggressively forward. They've acquired NGINX and Shape, both of which were big names in tech.
Management respects its employees. The work culture is awesome. Proper AGILE is followed, which ensures developers are not overburdened. If there are any grievances, they are taken care of in Inspect and Adapt sessions.
I never faced any issue with HR, so I'll say they're doing a great job.
None I can think of
1st round: test. 2nd round: C++, Linux basics. Asked if I have any cloud or DevOps skills. A small program. 3rd round: managerial, which was again a C++ program and discussed about my projects in resume. Final round: HR round.
There were three rounds. The first was a coding assessment. If you clear it, the next two technical rounds should be 60 minutes long. They mainly focused on HTTP and networking.
The interview process typically includes multiple rounds, such as: * Resume screening * An initial HR call * Technical assessments * Coding or problem-solving tests * Final interviews focusing on technical and behavioral skills.
