Senior Android Engineer Interview Experience - Brazil

February 1, 2023
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The first step is a brief conversation about the position with someone from the Human Resources department.

In this initial step, they also assess your English level.

After that, there is a take-home test, which can take 2-3 hours.

Regarding the other two steps, I don't know how they work because I didn't pass.

I think the way they communicated the result of my take-home test was not detailed.

They sent an email saying: "Unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy."

In my opinion, it would be appropriate to inform the candidate what could be improved in the project, since the candidate spent time on it.
