Process
After talking with the recruiter, I was given the option of either performing an async CoderPad exercise or doing a coding interview. I opted for the former and received feedback very soon after I finished the CoderPad. I was then asked to schedule the technical interviews, which consisted of:
- Two coding interviews (with problems like LeetCode)
- One background and culture check with an EM.
Questions
The technical problems were like Leetcode questions. On the behavioral one, there were questions like "name one thing very hard that you had to solve and explain how you did it." This was not very different from the average tech interview.
