The HR interviewer was unprofessional and unhelpful.
First, I was informed the Senior title actually requires 10+ years of experience as a staff/principal engineer, even though all other Senior positions either mentioned 3-6 years of experience or nothing indicating anything beyond a typical Senior SWE.
Then, they bragged about being close to an IPO and how highly competent everyone is, which is not always good, given how many places turn out badly after an IPO.
Oddly, they specified that LC questions are hard and weren't sure I was ready for them until I mentioned this is what every other interview is like.
