I thought the interview process was smooth in the beginning. I applied, and a recruiter reached out to schedule the initial phone call. The email was super casual and almost didn't seem legit because it made no mention of the role I applied to. I set up a Zoom call to talk a little bit more about my background and the role, and at the end, we discussed the next step of doing a technical interview. The technical interview was another Zoom call. I thought this went pretty well. At the end, the interviewer said the recruiter was usually pretty good at getting back to candidates fairly quickly. I was ghosted after this point. Sent a follow-up to the recruiter and never heard anything back from them. Don't waste your time.
