My manager is a slave driver. The OMT project was great before upper management put the wrong people in place. You are expected to finish something when the manager decides it should be done. You will get talked to if you don't finish it, regardless of how unrealistic the deadline is. People are constantly leaving.
Teams are lean, and there aren't many chances for career advancement.
Clean up your entire IT management.
Great company with a great CEO, but the IT organization is not the place to be with these people.

Fanatics Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Multi-person interview on site where I got a chance to discuss previous work experience, projects, and a bit of the personal portfolio. Also got to discuss what working for Fanatics would be like and meet some of the team members, etc.
