I thought the salary was a pro, but after facing all the issues, salary and benefits hardly matter. I would prefer earning less and living a good, balanced life.
Micro-management happens. There are no skip-level meetings. Nobody from higher management cares. Senior people just want to be bosses here, not leaders. The work-life balance is the worst. When something goes wrong, there's a blame game. The "boss" doesn't come forward to take ownership; they just blame someone and get away with it. I would recommend offering the same compensation from other companies also that respect employees' personal lives. Please do not join this company.
