It's almost impossible to get fired.
Pay isn't great; the merit increase is 3%, despite inflation almost tripling that and non-stop bragging by leadership of record sales. Diversity is paid lip service but not taken seriously. There is zero guidance from leaders on career paths, and any suggestion of pay transparency is laughed at.
