Pros: It's hard to complain about the benefits offered at Fidelity. They offer 23 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, good health insurance, and a myriad of other benefits that make life very comfortable. My team is very chill, and to be brutally honest, I do not have to work all that hard to complete the work that is expected of me each sprint.

Cons: Pay is lower compared with similar job titles with similar years of experience. It's hard not to feel like a small cog in a big machine, and that nothing that you do or do not do will ultimately have that much of an impact.

Pros: Fidelity is known for its benefits (healthcare, 401k matching, equity), and they live up to the hype.

Cons: The hybrid work mandate of two weeks in the office out of the month is a bit cumbersome, but still better than what some other companies are requiring.
