Pros: Challenging work, working with great people who want to go the extra mile, innovate, and deliver value. Excellent exposure to business partners for a technology associate. Huge focus on innovation and adopting latest technologies.
Cons: Frequent organizational changes result in frequent changes of managers. A few times, this has adversely impacted me as a manager change happened close to year-end reviews.
