Process

I got a call from Fidelity HR and scheduled a telephonic interview. It went very well. After a few days, HR called me to come for a face-to-face interview. I went there, and the second technical round also went fine. Then there was a manager round. Finally, the manager asked about my package, and I told him my current package. He then said that HR would call for salary discussion. However, I didn't get any call back from HR. I did call her back, but she was not picking up my calls. I sent an email but got no reply. I sent another email, and finally got a call from another guy who said that they had kept my candidature on HOLD.

I was really surprised after listening to this. They simply wasted my time, and the hope I had was gone.

This is not the first time. A few of my friends also said the same thing, that they just do time-pass interviews and play with job seekers. So please be aware when going for an interview with this company. I really felt bad to write this comment.
