Pros: - Good pay - No micromanagement - Learning days - Encouraged to move within company

Cons: The LEAP program has been terrible. It is essentially 4 more months of college after you graduate. Lots of hand-holding and forced classroom-style learning. Instructor-led training is mostly a waste of time here. There's a high chance that you will be working with an outdated tech stack after LEAP. You may also be placed into an unfavorable role with little to no technical mentorship and with minimal transferrable skills. They will try to tell you that Fidelity is a "tech company that does finance," but this is not the case. In short, not a great place for new software engineers. If you have another offer, I would highly recommend considering working elsewhere.

Pros: Culture, Leadership, Management, Flexibility, Opportunity

Cons: Could not see others, and all work was done remotely.

Pros: Salary and benefits are good. There are plenty of opportunities for exploring things.

Cons: It’s very slow-paced in terms of innovation. The management is not very technologically aware and struggles to catch up with the industry. They make unwise decisions on technology direction. On the business side, there’s next to zero innovation.
