Pros: Free cabs and Sodexo passes. No job stress. Job security.

Cons: No scope for improvement, as you would be in non-technical work mostly in the case of QA.

Pros: Salary, people, training opportunities, and extracurricular activities.

Cons: Lots of focus on "Personal Brand".

Pros: Everyone is nice for the most part. The only way it won't work for you is if you do not like working in a corporate culture. I really enjoyed basically everyone I worked with.

Cons: Bad politics, but this is common in every corporate company. I was fired in part because I worked from home. I worked from home as often as I could because I felt I was more productive. Then, two years later, COVID hit, and then some of my same coworkers worked remotely for nearly two years before coming back to the office.
